Payment Guidelines
Our swimming lessons are sold in various bundles—Trial, 4-Pack, 8-Pack, or 12-Pack—at the rates effective when you register. Unless otherwise documented in a formal agreement, we require full payment at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Cancellations and Missed Lessons
You will not be charged for any lesson canceled by our school or by you with at least 24 hours' notice. Fees are also waived for documented emergencies that prevent attendance.

If a student misses a class without a valid emergency or fails to provide the required 24-hour notice, that session is forfeited and cannot be refunded. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we permit one courtesy make-up session per student. Our management team maintains the final authority to evaluate emergency claims in a fair and reasonable manner.

Package Termination Policies
If internal factors, such as staff unavailability, prevent us from completing your purchased package, you may choose to finish your lessons with an alternative instructor or receive a proportional refund for your unused sessions.

If you decide to discontinue lessons for personal reasons unrelated to our service, your remaining sessions will be held for six (6) months from the purchase date. If you do not use them within this window, you may request a refund for the balance of the unused classes. Please be aware that all lessons already conducted are strictly non-refundable.
